Important Notice about using pkgng and PCBSD's Package Manager 11/12/2013
Please also be aware that if you install this PBI you will no longer receive package updates from PCBSD, and you will no longer be able to install new packages from PCBSD. This can be resolved by running the uninstall script mentioned in the guide below. You may continue to install and use PBI's as normal however.
It is also recommend not to run any pkg commands or to use the package manager provided by PCBSD for updates or installation at this time if you would prefer to use the packages provided by Pkgdemon. Doing so will overwrite special files needed in /usr/local/share/xsessions for desktop environments as they will be replaced by files from PCBSD's overlay therefore breaking desktops installed by Pkgdemon.
Please be patient or refrain from using the software provided by Pkgdemon if this functionality is important to you as it may take some time for these issues to get resolved through the proper channels.
If you have LXDE, XFCE, Gnome2, or KDE these will be removed.
